This beef is raised freely in meadows and enclosures on the farm designated for this purpose. In addition to grass, its diet is supplemented with hay and forage, as well as cereals and legumes grown and ground on the farm itself.
Our grass-fed beef comes from cattle that do not have access to cereals in their diet. Their diet consists of grass they graze on, supplemented during periods of slower growth (summer and winter) with forage and hay produced on the farm itself.
