How are the products packaged?
The products are vacuum-packed in 1-kilogram and 0.5-kilogram packages. The label includes all the information about the product, consumption time recommendations, and details about the livestock.
How often can I buy organic beef?
The direct sale of our organic beef is weekly. If you want to receive this information, you can subscribe to our newsletter. Every Friday at 11:00 PM, we close the orders that will be delivered throughout the peninsula the following week.
How often can I buy 100% grass-fed organic beef?
The beef that we feed exclusively with grass is considered a seasonal product. Its sale is linked to the grass growth periods: spring and autumn. For now, we make two sales a year, in the months of May or June and November.
What is the age of the animals, and what is the resting period?
Our meat comes from females aged between 14 and 17 months, so they fall into the category of young cattle. The resting period for those raised organically with access to cereals is 10 to 15 days. Those that are 100% grass-fed have a resting period of no less than 15 days.
How are the orders delivered?
The distribution of our products is carried out throughout the peninsula via SEUR FRIO, in the morning hours.
How do I buy several packages of both kilogram and half-kilogram of the same product?
In that case, you will first need to order one type of package (for example, half-kilogram packages), click "add to cart," then return to the same product to order the kilogram packages. You will see a small black triangle above the number 0.5; if you click on it, a submenu will appear allowing you to choose between 0.5 kg and 1 kg.

Policy on Incidents and Refunds
We discuss incidents on a case-by-case basis with our customers. We strive to provide information regarding delivery dates as clearly as possible.
In general, if there is an unjustified delay in delivery caused by the transportation company, we will cover the cost and provide a 100% refund. If the delay is beyond our control, we kindly ask that you inform us. Otherwise, there may be delays that we are unaware of in advance.
